Key Responsibilities:

Model Development Deployment
- Build and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Develop APIs and microservices for model inference and seamless integration into enterprise applications.
- Implement scalable training and inference pipelines using distributed computing frameworks on Google Cloud Platform.

AI Engineering Integration
- Leverage Agent space to design, deploy, and manage intelligent agents supporting enterprise workflows.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings,



and vector search techniques for enhanced model performance.
- Integrate open-source and commercial LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face models) into GCP-hosted applications.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning pipelines for AI solutions.

Collaboration
- Work closely with data scientists, platform engineers, and business teams to translate use cases into AI-powered solutions.
- Contribute to reusable libraries, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI development.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications Required:
- 3 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred) and experience with ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, AI/ML pipelines, Pub/Sub, etc.).
