Role Summary

The Semi CA / Senior Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits and financial planning. The role requires robust accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- File GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings on time.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheets.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Verify vendor and customer reconciliations.




- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Indian GAAP.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.Role & responsibilities
