- Position: Collection Executive / Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
- Location: Sewri-Mumbai
- Department: Operations / Collections
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Freshers are welcome (0 to 1 year experience)
- Shift Timings: Day Shift (Standard Office Hours)

Role & Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound tele-calls to existing customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Explain repayment options and assist customers with flexible payment solutions.
- Maintain a polite, qualified, and empathetic tone during customer interactions.
- Follow the company's code of conduct and legal guidelines for collections.




- Update customer call status and notes accurately in the system/dialer.
- Achieve individual daily/monthly targets for customer contact and resolution.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English/Hindi and at least one regional language from the list below:
- Languages Preferred:
- Hindi & English
- Marathi
- Gujarati
- South Indian Languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)

Eligibility & Skills Required
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel & Internet usage).
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries calmly.
