Job Title: Lab Chemist

Job Summary

Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Chemist to join our Graphite Plant laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis, testing raw materials, monitoring in-process samples, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of laboratory procedures, and experience in industrial or mineral testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished graphite products.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare chemical reagents, solutions, and calibration standards.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory test data and reports.
- Ensure product quality meets company and customer specifications.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Monitor quality parameters and report any deviations to the Production and QA teams.




- Follow laboratory safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and technical departments for sample testing.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and comply with ISO and quality management systems.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a laboratory, quality control, graphite, mineral processing, cement, steel, or manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge may also apply.
