Senior Performance Marketer – Google Ads | Meta Ads | Lead Generation

Role Description -

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of hands-on agency

experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple industries

and budget scales.

This is not a role for someone who sets up campaigns and waits for results. The Senior

Performance Marketer is expected to own campaign outcomes, drive lead quality,

manage budgets strategically, and bring proactive optimization thinking to every account

they handle.

You will work closely with the Pod Manager and Account Managers and will be the

performance authority within the pod.

At this level, you are expected to mentor junior performance marketers, contribute to

campaign strategy, and have direct conversations with clients on performance when

needed.

Prior Digital Marketing Agency experience is mandatory for this role.





Candidates without hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency

workplace will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution

● Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end

across multiple client accounts.

● Run campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand

Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, and Stories.

● Own campaign architecture including structure, targeting, bidding strategy, ad

copy, and budget allocation.

● Develop campaign strategies aligned with client business goals and not just

platform defaults.

● Conduct deep keyword research, audience building, competitor analysis, and

market sizing before going live.

● Recommend campaign types and budget splits based on funnel stage and client

objective.
