Job Purpose

As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, conducting site visits, and closing sales for our premium plot developments and real estate projects. You will act as the face of Aishwarya Group, guiding clients through their property investment journey.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Convert company-provided leads and actively prospect for current buyers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Site Visits:



Schedule, coordinate, and conduct physical site visits for prospective clients to showcase plot layouts and project highlights.
- Deal Closure: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, handle customer objections confidently, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with buyers, offering end-to-end support from initial inquiry to final registration. [6]
- Market Awareness: Keep updated on local real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and infrastructure updates around our project locations.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups in the company CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or business development.
- Industry Background: Experience in Real Estate (especially plot/land sales), Bankin
