L1 support for LAN, Wi-Fi, basic network troubleshooting, switches, access points, controllers, network printers, meeting room AV/Teams/Zoom, and end-user support for Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc.
Handle user tickets, coordinate with TAC/ISP/Infrastructure teams, and provide support during new office setup by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Graduate with 23 years of experience in Desktop, Remote, or L1 Network Support. Basic networking knowledge is required. Certification is preferred but not mandatory. The engineer should have good communication skills, be qualified in approach, and be comfortable supporting management and senior leadership users.
