Position : Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Head Office and submit operational reports.

Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail (Mandatory).
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
- Solid leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/ERP systems.
- Willing to relocate anywhere across Maharashtra.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
