Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
