About the Role

Ten 11 Hospitality Private Limited is hiring an experienced Lounge Manager for its Railway Upcoming Lounge in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium lounge workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Railway Lounge.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain premium hospitality standards.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the lounge team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and shift management.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and railway operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with Railway authorities, vendors,



and internal support teams.
- Manage inventory, stock, billing, cash handling, and daily operational reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall ambience of the lounge.
- Drive team performance and ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Eligibility
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Premium Lounges, Food & Beverage, or Customer Service Operations.
- At least 7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of lounge operations, team management, and guest relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
