Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership and employees to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR solutions to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning and talent management needs.
- Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management,



and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position, with a strong focus on people management.
- Proven experience in a front-end HR role, not limited to recruitment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
