HaskoningDHV (India) is seeking an experienced and motivated Planning & Schedule Engineers to support our Water related projects in India. The position is Project based in Raigad, Maharashtra and we are looking valuable hands on experience in project schedules & Planner.

What will you do

1. Act as the client s representative, overseeing and coordinating the contractors construction schedules and activities.
2. Advise and assist the Programme Director to establish scheduling guidelines and standards
3. Monitoring programme/project progress to ensure all parties are aware of Programme/project deadlines, interface and other milestones and critical path
4. Coordinate with project teams/contractors to create a common picture of the current and future activities & resource requirements for the project
5. Programme Cash flow analysis
6. Responsible for independently creating and maintaining a resource-loaded master schedule
7. Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for all aspects of infrastructure development.
8. Identify critical paths, milestones,



and dependencies within project schedules to optimize timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
9. Monitor contractor progress and ensure adherence to the approved schedule.
10. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules reflecting contractor activities and overall project goals.
11. Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with agreed timelines and milestones.
12. Conduct time impact analysis (TIA) to evaluate contractor schedules to identify potential risks or delays, recommending mitigation strategies.
13. Conduct regular coordination meetings with the contractors team to track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
14. Ensure all project schedules adhere to the client s standards, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.
15. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to the client, including key milestones and schedule performance metrics.
