Role & responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in redevelopment or real estate project coordination. Strong knowledge of society redevelopment processes and liaison activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination for redevelopment projects. The role involves close coordination with design consultants, society members, liaison authorities, contractors, and internal teams from project initiation until society vacation and demolition completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience in redevelopment projects, especially society redevelopment processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Mumbai redevelopment projects.
- Familiarity with municipal approval processes and redevelopment documentation.
- Experience handling society meetings and resident coordination.
- Strong knowledge of society redevelopment processes and liaison activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive documentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Redevelopment Coordination
- Handle end-to-end coordination of redevelopment projects from appointment stage to demolition.
- Coordinate with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, and design teams for timely submissions and approvals.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and milestone activities.
Society Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the developer and society members.
- Conduct regular meetings with society committees and residents.
