- Minimum 5 years managing automation-related initiatives, programs, or teams.
- Experience working with Playwright implementation projects or Playwright-based delivery teams.
- Experience managing stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Experience driving adoption of engineering or automation capabilities across multiple teams.




- Manage delivery of Playwright framework and related initiatives.
- Define and track roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate activities across framework designers, automation engineers, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development activities.
- Facilitate framework adoption across project teams.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and operating processes are established and followed.
- Support planning and prioritization activities related to the Playwright capability.
