About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee AI/LLM (Large Language Models) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) projects within Innodata's legal, life sciences, and medical domains. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing complex projects, leading diverse cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery from initiation to completion.



This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of AI, data engineering, and operational processes. The Project Manager will work closely with leadership and clients to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience, preferably within AI, data engineering, KPO, or IT services sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in legal, life sciences, healthcare, or medical domains is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
