We are seeking an experienced
Systems Analyst – EDI & EPICOR CMS
to support and enhance EDI, B2B integration, and trading partner connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
- Manage trading partner onboarding, setup, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain EDI mappings, data transformations, and system interfaces.
- Support EDI communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
- Provide production support,



issue resolution, testing, documentation, and change management.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of EDI experience.
- Robust knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and EDI mapping.
- Experience with EDI tools such as Seeburger, Gentran, TrustedLink, IBM Sterling, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP, and B2B integrations.
- Trading partner management and EDI implementation experience.
- Epicor CMS EDI experience (mandatory).
- Familiarity with
IBM i (AS400/IBMi)
environment is highly preferred.

Education:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred Profile:
An EDI professional with a strong background in production support, integration troubleshooting, EDI mapping, and Epicor CMS EDI administration.
