Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job | Drives the Architecture and Planning team in delivering various projects in line with their design intent, and the strategic plans of the management, by empanelling and coordinating with best-in-class international/local consultants and architects and effective project-management |
Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) | - Understand the location�s business plan, as finalized by the Management in terms of the real estate mix to be constructed and the proposed timelines for the same - Understand the diverse requirements for the proposed development and identify reputed consultants / architects to be empanelled for specific functional areas - Evaluate and recommend cost options related to partnering with various consultants/ architects across various functional areas and ensure that for every project there is adherence to allocated budget through the entire life cycl
