Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Data Architect
to design, build, and operate scalable, cloud-native data platforms that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and domain-driven data products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, AWS, Kafka, and modern data lake architectures
, with hands-on experience integrating legacy enterprise systems such as
DB2 (Mainframe)
and
SQL Server
into up-to-date cloud ecosystems.

You will play a key role in implementing
data mesh principles
, developing reusable data products, and enabling real-time and batch data processing while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and scalability.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines using
Databricks

.
- Build cloud-native data solutions integrating
legacy DB2 (Mainframe)

Microsoft SQL Server

AWS
data platforms.
- Implement real-time streaming pipelines using
Apache Kafka

Confluent Kafka

- Develop and maintain enterprise data lakes on
Amazon S3
following
Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
.
- Design and deliver reusable, domain-oriented
data products
aligned with
Data Mesh
principles.
- Optimize data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption for performance and scalability.
- Implement ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance across all data assets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, architects, and domain teams to enable self-service analytics.
- Design metadata management, data cataloging, and governance strategies.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
