Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team on a 3-month contractual engagement, with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating visually compelling, user-friendly, and conversion-focused digital experiences. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of modern web design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive design standards, along with the ability to transform business requirements into engaging website and landing page designs.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Design
- Design visually appealing and responsive website layouts, landing pages, microsites,
and web assets aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web projects.
- Translate business requirements, marketing goals, and creative briefs into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using responsive design principles.
- Maintain visual consistency across digital properties while adhering to brand guidelines.
User Experience & Conversion Optimization
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Design landing pages and website experiences with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer journeys.
