We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Support & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, convert leads into orders, handle post-order queries, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a D2C environment, preferably FMCG, consumer wellness, or e-commerce, along with hands-on CRM experience and excellent professional Hindi communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, primarily for customers from the Hindi-speaking belt.
- Convert leads and enquiries into successful orders through effective follow-ups.
- Follow up on abandoned carts, COD confirmations, reorders, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve post-order queries related to delivery, RTO/NDR, refunds, and replacements.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate order and delivery status updates.
- Use the CRM daily to record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.




- Prepare and report daily sales and customer service metrics.
- Deliver a smooth, trustworthy, and professional customer experience aligned with the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; graduation must be completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a D2C company, preferably in FMCG, consumer wellness, or e-commerce.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on CRM experience is mandatory.
- Excellent professional Hindi communication skills; mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are mandatory; advanced/skilled English is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Familiarity with courier/logistics platforms such as RapidShyp or similar tools will be preferred.
- Experience in tele-calling, sales conversion, customer service, and complaint handling.
- Strong customer empathy, patience, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
