Role & responsibilities

Operate and monitor extrusion machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Collaborate with QC and R&D; teams for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate production records and update SAP system accordingly.

Implement and support TPM, LEAN, and Six Sigma initiatives in the production area.

Train and guide junior staff and operators on best practices and safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid knowledge of Plastics Processing, especially Extrusion techniques & Injection Molding .

Understanding of Raw Materials - Polypropylene, Polyethylene & HDPE used in extrusion and their properties .





Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) parameters relevant to extrusion processes.

Working knowledge of SAP (Production Module preferred).

Shift Operations Management

Lead and monitor shift activities on the production floor.

Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machines and processes.

Handle shift handovers and maintain shift-wise documentation.

Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
