Role Description
This full-time Potato Chips Fryer Operator role is a hybrid position based in Guwahati, with primary work at the production facility and some tasks that can be completed from home, such as documentation or reporting. The operator will monitor and control frying equipment, ensuring potato chips are cooked to specified quality standards, including texture, color, and taste.



Daily activities include preparing raw materials, setting and adjusting temperature and frying times, checking oil quality, and following food safety and hygiene procedures. The role also involves recording production data, reporting equipment issues, supporting basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery, and coordinating with quality control and packaging teams. The operator is expected to follow standard operating procedures, meet production targets, and maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
