Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for construction projects. The candidate should have expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project and strong analytical skills to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Analyze delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
- Track resource allocation and productivity.
- Prepare project dashboards and MIS reports.
- Support planning reviews and client meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved.
