Key Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and update credit policies, eligibility criteria, and underwriting norms for affordable loans for priority branches.
- Ensure compliance with RBI PSL guidelines and periodic regulatory circulars.
- Analyze portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and approval quality for the product and branches.
- Propose policy refinements based on risk performance, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams for policy rollout and implementation.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory queries.
