Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Analyst to join our asset management team. This role requires a dynamic professional with at least 5 years of experience who can serve as the data subject matter expert (SME) within a cross-functional Scrum team.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving complex data analysis projects, supporting data mapping, validation and analytics.
- ## Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives to deliver actionable insights for asset management operations.
- Drive with sourcing on new datasets, functional design & mapping, data modeling to support consumption needs, data validation and quality management
- Demonstrate advanced competence in database systems, including SQL and Power BI.
- Apply strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
- ## Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Asset Management data including AUM & Flows, Performance & Attribution, Fees, Benchmark and Securities, Account onboarding, ESG etc.
- Proficiency in relational database concepts, querying, and data warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Microsoft Business Intelli
