Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
- Prepare customized itineraries and professional quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Assist customers with flights, hotels, visas, and holiday planning.
- Manage customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
- Train, guide, and supervise junior sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and streamline travel operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
