About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Controller/Head of Finance to lead our finance and accounting function. The role is responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury management, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial operations, and the ability to drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate book closure.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Investments, Bank Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, Employee Expenses, Accruals, and Provisions.
- Drive financial controllership by strengthening internal controls, governance, and accounting policies.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax,



and group audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, working capital management, investment management, banking relationships, and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and process compliance.
- Own ERP finance processes, resolve accounting and reporting issues, and partner with IT on system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Prepare insightful MIS reports, financial dashboards, and business performance analyses for senior management.
