Role Description
The Business Growth Manager is a full-time role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding NAC’s customer base across key markets.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also involves leading and coordinating projects that optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. This position requires proactive stakeholder engagement, regular reporting on growth metrics, and continuous refinement of strategies based on data-driven insights.
