Job Purpose

To ensure the highest quality standards across the manufacturing process by implementing customer-specific requirements, maintaining compliance with quality management systems, minimizing rejection and customer complaints, ensuring timely material clearance, optimizing quality costs, and developing a safety- and continuous-improvement-driven culture.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements, including Material Test Certificates (MTC) and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI). Maintain 100% product traceability from raw material to finished goods. Ensure zero finished goods rejection after production declaration due to quality issues. Implement and maintain all customer-specific quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

2. Quality Management Respond to all customer complaints within 24 hours and ensure closure within 5 working days. Ensure complete compliance with Quality Management Systems including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, CE, and other applicable certifications.



Monitor process quality through regular inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Cost Control Optimize utilization of quality consumables and manpower to achieve a 15% reduction in consumable costs compared to the previous year. Ensure zero customer return rejection. Achieve 75% reconciled recovery through effective monitoring and corrective actions. Minimize internal rejection, rework, and scrap through continuous process improvement.

4. Delivery Ensure 100% material clearance and release within 48 hours after production completion. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to avoid delays in customer deliveries.
