Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and build rapportUnderstand customer needs: occasion, size, fit, budget, style preferenceSuggest outfits, mix-and-match options, and upsell accessories.
Floor Management:
Keep merchandise arranged by size, color, and category.
Re-stock fast-moving SKUs from storage to floor.
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand VM guidelines
Manage Fitting Room .
Prevent theft/misplacement by tracking pieces in/outBilling Support
Coordinate with cashier for smooth checkout.Inform customers about exchange policy.
Inventory & Stock:Assist in daily stock count and cycle counts.
Report damages, stains, or defects to supervisor.
Help during inwarding of recent stock.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
