What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement
end-to-end ServiceNow modules
including:
ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist
- Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Release & Knowledge Management
- Design and script
Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Scheduled Jobs
using JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain
Service Catalog Items
and associated workflows.
- Work on both
client-side and server-side JavaScript
, using
ServiceNow APIs
for system enhancements.
- Build and enhance
Service Portal components
using AngularJS.
- Configure and support
CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery Modules
.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via
REST, SOAP, AJAX, MID Server
.
- Create and customize
complex workflows and custom activities
for process automation.
- Develop data pipelines including
Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps
, and
Transform Scripts
ensuring
data integrity
.




- Analyze business requirements, define solutions, and support development and deployment.
- Stay updated on new platform capabilities and recommend customer-focused enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience
with ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Deep knowledge of
ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist, and custom application development
.
- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within the
ServiceNow ecosystem
.
- Strong integration experience using
Web Services (REST/SOAP)
and
MID Server
.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with
ATF
, upgrade planning, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
- CAD – Certified Application Developer
- CSI – Certified Implementation Specialist
