RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Welcome and assist patients in a warm, skilled, and respectful manner.
- Patient registration and maintenance of patient records.
- Maintain clinic registers and records accurately.
- Attend phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and carry out patient follow-ups.
- OP consultation billing, treatment billing, and pharmacy billing.
- Basic pharmacy inventory and stock management.
- Handle emails (Gmail) and general administrative work.
- Ensure the clinic is organised and presentable.




- Assist in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic and carry out other administrative duties as instructed by the management.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good computer proficiency-including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. English communication skills are preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with empathy, patience, respect, and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
