Canteen Supervisor Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the canteen.
- Manage and schedule canteen staff duties.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Check food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
- Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
- Control food costs and reduce wastage.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local food safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on canteen operations.
- Train new employees on food handling, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Monitor attendance and performance of canteen staff.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs needed.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
