Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Head of Human Resources
to lead and scale the People function at Credgenics. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, HR systems, and compliance.

As a key member of the leadership team,



you will partner closely with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring scalable HR processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.
