We are hiring an experienced Data Engineer
to lead the design, development, and operation of enterprise-scale
streaming and data integration platforms
. This is a highly technical, hands-on role responsible for architecting real-time and near-real-time data pipelines, making key technical decisions, and collaborating directly with onsite teams in the U.S.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize modern streaming data solutions while mentoring other engineers and driving engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and operate real-time and near-real-time data pipelines
.
Design and implement streaming solutions using
Confluent Kafka
and
Apache Flink
(preferred) or
Apache Spark Structured Streaming
.
Design and maintain
batch and hybrid ETL pipelines
using
SQL Server
and
SSIS
.
Build highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant streaming architectures.
Own
data quality, observability, monitoring, and pipeline reliability
.
Define and implement engineering best practices for:
Streaming semantics
Error handling
Backpressure management
Performance tuning
Work directly with onsite U.S. clients to:
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Present and defend architectural decisions
Troubleshoot complex production issues
Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams in
containerized and distributed environments
.
Manage
event schema registries
, schema evolution, and backward compatibility.
Partner with upstream and downstream application teams to establish robust event contracts and payload definitions.
