The Role
At So/Facet, design is the product and the moat - our whole proposition is that the design itself carries the meaning. We are looking for a Head of Design to own that vision end to end: to shape a singular,
unmistakably So/Facet design language across every collection and surface, lead and grow our design talent and partners, and set the creative bar that defines the brand as we scale
What You''ll Own
Product & collection design
- Own the So/Facet design language across all collections and product lines - ensuring every piece reads as a distinct character, not a generic SKU.
- Set the seasonal collection roadmap and design briefs drive concept to CAD to sample to production selection.
- Own our signature-cut system: which shapes we own, what each one means, and how they extend into new drops.
Vendor & team leadership
- Consolidate and manage external design and CAD vendors raise the bar on quality, turnaround and consistency.
- Lead and mentor in-house designers, the CAD designer and design interns build the design function as we scale.
- Partner with sourcing and production so designs are manufacturable at target margin.
