Role & responsibilities
- Handle Import & Export operations with endtoend documentation
- Manage customs, port & other government procedures
- Lead custom clearance & duty management activities
- Coordinate with freight forwarders & CHAs; ensure SOP compliance
- Negotiate with service providers to optimize cost & service quality
- Monitor operating costs, overheads & import-related expenses
- Solid coordination with warehousing & procurement planning teams
- Generate & circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures & documentation
- Good negotiation, coordination & communication skills
- Cost-focused, detail-oriented & process-driven
- Ability to work under pressure

Qualification and Eligibility
- Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience in freight and duties role
- Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma Electronics / ECE / EEE only
