Role description

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Generative AI Developer with 5+ years of experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in RAG, Generative AI, LLMs, Vertex AI, GCP, AI Guardrails, and Python. Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing production-ready RAG solutions in enterprise environments.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise AI implementations.
- Experience integrating LLMs and developing Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience implementing AI Guardrails and handling PII/data privacy.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Agentic AI orchestration framework such as LangGraph or Google ADK.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable, production-ready RAG solutions.
- Hands-on experience addressing real-world challenges such as:




- - PII detection and masking
- Frequent knowledge document updates
- Scalable retrieval pipelines and enterprise RAG architectures
- This is a core development role requiring active coding, solution design, and implementation.
