Practice Lead - CAT Modelling & Solutions - 15+ Years - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Kolkata/Noida/Pune

Are you an experienced leader in Catastrophe Modelling & Exposure Management with a passion for driving transformation and delivering client-centric solutions? We are looking for a Practice Lead to shape solution strategy, lead large-scale transformation programs, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable offerings across the insurance ecosystem.

Location - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Kolkata/Noida/Pune.

Responsibilities -

1. Advise clients on catastrophe modelling and exposure management transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and capability enhancement initiatives.
2. Shape solution opportunities, define project scope, and establish measurable business outcomes.
3. Develop creative solutions addressing emerging perils, regulatory requirements,



and evolving market opportunities.
4. Lead the design and deployment of catastrophe modelling and exposure management solutions for insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
5. Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from problem definition through deployment planning.
6. Lead RFPs, proposals, client presentations, and demonstrations while articulating compelling business value.

Requirements -

1. 15+ years of experience in consulting, solutioning, or transformation roles, including at least 7 years in catastrophe modelling and exposure management.
2. Deep expertise in catastrophe modelling and exposure management across insurance, reinsurance, and broking.
3. Good understanding of automation, analytics, AI/ML, digital platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern data integration practices.
4. Demonstrated experience leading solution architecture, RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.
