The main mission is to ensure the activities are carried out support manufacturing team related to supplier quality issues. Generate quality assurance at the source. Sustainability in quality is the key.

Job Description
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities.
- Claim Handling in factory
- Participate in Quality circles on production shopfloor
- Adress the issues related to supplier.
- Verify the claims and send them to supplier.
- Provide feedback to manufacturing for supplier related claims.
- Managing contracts & consumables for necessary rework.
- Claim Handling at Suppliers End
- Understand the reason of supplier related non-conformance occurred at Incoming Inspection, Assembly rejection and Customers end.
- Drive the Root Cause Analysis with concern supplier.
- Ensue timely mistake proofing actions are submitted by supplier and the same are communicated back to the NCN raiser.
- Evaluate the supplies mistake proofing actions are adequate.
- Follow up until successful implementation.




- Ensure supplier comply to Cost of Poor-Quality criteria.
- Monthly Supplier Meeting –
- Create yearly pan for non-performing supplier.
- Yearly schedule for month meeting for these suppliers needs to be prepared and communicated in time.
- Involve suppliers’ top management team for strategic resolution of issues.
- Also collaborate with cross functional team and conduct monthly meeting to monitor the progress with respect to action plans.
- This will include their improvement areas.
- Supplier Collaboration Portal Maintenance
- Create the external users and link them with the suppliers.
- Resolve SCP software related issues experience by the suppliers.
- Participate in training and implementation programme for group SCP team.
- Chronic issue resolution
- Engage in structured engagement with the process engineers in Supplier Development team for closure of repeated issues.
