We're looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to help establish the legal documentation, policies, and processes that every startup needs as it scales.
Internship Overview
This internship is ideal for law students or recent graduates interested in startup law, technology, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate governance.
You'll work directly with the founder to draft, organize, research, and improve legal documents used throughout the company.

- Conflict of Interest Declarations
- Internship Completion Certificates
- Exit Documentation
- Experience Letters
Founder & Equity Documentation
Assist in preparing and researching:
- Founder Agreements
- Founder Vesting Schedules
- Equity Allocation Documentation
- Advisor Agreements
- ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) research
- Equity Grant Templates
- Vesting and Cliff documentation
Company Policies
Draft and maintain:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms & Conditions
- Cookie Policy
- Data Protection Policy
- AI Usage Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Information Security Policy
- Remote Work Policy
- Social Media Policy
Legal Research
Research and summarize topics including:
- Startup incorporation
- Corporate governance
- Employment laws
