Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, present MY NONU’s digital and delivery services, and convert leads into long-term clients. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting online product and service demonstrations, and following up on leads through calls, messages, and digital channels. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records,
collaborating with the customer service and marketing teams to refine sales approaches, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also participate in ongoing training, share feedback from customers to improve offerings, and represent the brand in a professional and inclusive manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve performance targets.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to learn and adapt quickly to product updates, sales tools, and recent processes.
- Relevant experience in online services, IT products, or e-commerce sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales
