Seeking a Manager Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a robust emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). The role will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, compliance, and employee experience.
- Conduct current-state assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, rework, and service delivery gaps; design and implement future-state solutions.
- Simplify, standardize, optimize, and automate HR processes across HR Operations, Shared Services, and People Operations functions.
- Develop and maintain process architecture, including process maps, workflows, SOPs, RACI frameworks,



governance models, and process documentation.
- Establish global process standards, operating procedures, controls, KPIs, and process ownership frameworks to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Lead HR Service Delivery (HRSD) transformation initiatives, optimizing case management, self-service capabilities, service delivery models, and employee support experiences.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Re-engineering methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and deliver automation and digital transformation opportunities leveraging Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and other HR technologies.
- Partner with HRIS, HRIT, COEs, People Operations, and business stakeholders to implement process enhancements and system improvements.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics to monitor KPIs, SLAs
