JD for Marketing Executive / Sr Marketing ExecutivePosition Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and coordination of various marketing initiatives across multiple real estate projects.

The role requires a hands-on individual who can work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation campaigns, branding activities, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across various marketing channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation

· Executing, monitoring and maintaining marketing campaigns across various online platforms related to Real Estate (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)

· Support website updates and ensure project information remains current and relevant.

Social Media Management

· Plan and schedule social media content across relevant platforms.





· Create and publish engaging content

· Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries when required

· Work with designers to create marketing content.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

· Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

· Coordinate with SEO agencies or consultants when required.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

· Coordinate with external agencies, digital marketing partners, designers, printers, photographers, and other marketing vendors when necessary

Events & Project Marketing

· Support project launches, customer engagement events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate marketing logistics and promotional material requirements.

· Assist sales teams with marketing support and lead generation and lead management activities.

Tracking and Reporting

· Track campaign performance. Monitor marketing metrics and prepare performance reports in timely manner across al
