Role Overview
: We are looking for an experienced Hospitality professional to lead the operations of our Managed Hotels portfolio based in a Resort location in Uttarakhand. The Cluster Head will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing hotel profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and building long-term relationships with hotel owners.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with General Managers, support hotel teams, and serve as the primary operational representative for owners. The focus is on maximizing asset performance through solid operational controls, people leadership.
Responsibilities:
Cluster Operations Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations across all managed hotels within the cluster.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and service excellence.
- Drive improvements in RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA,
guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs through regular reviews with hotel leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, statutory, safety, and brand requirements.
Owner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for hotel owners.
- Build trusted relationships through transparent communication and proactive engagement.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Present operational and financial performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and execute asset improvement plans aligned with owner expectations.
- Resolve owner concerns promptly while balancing operational priorities and business objectives.
Financial & Business Performance
