Medicos with 5 year non clinical experience in marketing, product development and brand management role.

a) Drive OMNI channel business growth through dental community engagement and D2C channels with high focus on digital platforms

b) Understand the nuances of dental product portfolio (B2B medical devices and D2C oral care) and micro-position the products as per market needs

c) Identify & analyse market opportunities to expand the portfolio that synergizes with the sales, distribution, and D2C channels.

Responsibilities -

a) Digital Assets Management – Content & infrastructure management of brand website, social-media channels & Blog. Collaborate with IT application & networking team to implement necessary architecture, software development methods & security protocols.

b) E-Commerce & D2C Channels – Work with corporate e-com team & partners to ensure appropriate product listing, inter-division customer transactions, logistics, and inventory management for B2B and D2C portfolios.

Content Marketing – Regular updating & publishing content for both print & digital promotion, including D2C oral care portfolio. This encapsulates both digital and physical content as per TG consumption trends.

d) 360° Integrated Promotional & Topical Campaigns – Devise, execute & measure goal/ROI achievement for B2B and D2C portfolios.

e) Event Management & Clinical Engagement – Plan, budget & schedule calendar:

a. In association with professional services team, plan, promote and conduct clinical workshops for B2B products

b. Engage dental clinicians for advocacy and endorsement of D2C oral care products

c. Participation in dental exhibitions within allocated budget to meet activity goals

f) Current Product Development – Participate in the process by gathering end-user insights & analysing competitor’s footprints for both B2B and D2C portfolios. Drive stage gate/Pi2M process to generate the FG codes, product categories & hierarchies.
