Role Summary

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, operational excellence, and business performance of the assigned branch. Acting as the head of the branch, the role owns complete branch operations, with primary accountability for sales growth while ensuring seamless coordination and performance across Design, Liaisoning, Loan, Accounts, Warehouse, Installation, Customer Support, and Administration. The Branch Head is responsible for achieving branch objectives, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the assigned branch as an independent business unit.
- Drive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and market growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor and review the performance of all departments, including Sales, Design, Liaisoning, Loan, Accounts, Warehouse, Installation, Customer Support, and Administration.




- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Review branch MIS, operational reports, sales dashboards, project status, collections, and departmental KPIs.
- Conduct regular review meetings with departmental heads and monitor action plans.
- Ensure branch operations comply with company SOPs, quality standards, statutory requirements, and safety policies.
- Resolve inter-departmental issues, operational bottlenecks, and customer escalations to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor branch profitability by controlling operational costs and improving resource utilization.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, channel partners, government authorities, financial institutions, and business stakeholders.
