About the Role

The Academic Lead/Manager will be responsible for leading curriculum implementation, assessments, teacher development, academic quality, and school support across Kindergarten to Senior High. The role requires close collaboration with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams to ensure consistent academic standards across all HLC schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum planning, review, and implementation across KG to Preprimary.
- Develop and standardize lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes.
- Design and review assessments, question papers, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure timely preparation and quality of student report cards.
- Mentor teachers and conduct classroom observations to improve teaching practices.




- Plan and deliver regular teacher training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes.
- Coordinate academic activities through the Edmatrix platform.
- Conduct academic audits and school visits, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate major academic and school events.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for academic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching and academic leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment design, and teacher development.
- Experience working with CBSE/State Board schools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to schools as required.
