We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Manager EMCS Projects
to lead and deliver end-to-end Electrical Monitoring & Control System (EMCS), Substation Automation (SAS), E-SCADA, and CRP projects. The role involves managing multiple small, medium, and large-scale power and substation automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, seamless stakeholder coordination, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership, Engineering & Execution
- Lead overall planning, engineering, execution, monitoring of EMCS/SAS/E-SCADA/CRP projects and handover to commissioning team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with transparent tracking of timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Prepare and manage engineering documents including System Architecture, Design Specifications, IO Lists, Bill of Materials, General Arrangement drawings, calculations, and FAT/SAT reports.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, tender specifications, and internal engineering outputs.
- Maintain strict control of project budgets,



cost deviations, and overall profitability.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary customer interface for all technical and project-related matters.
- Obtain timely approvals , via CMG, for design documents, drawings, FAT/SAT plans, and change requests.
- Resolve customer queries promptly to avoid delays and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (LV/MV Design, Product management , Contracts, Supply chain, Quality, Service) and external stakeholders (EPCs, vendors, end customers).
- Technical Oversight
- Possess strong working knowledge of PLC/RTU/HMI/SCADA platforms and substation communication protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 101/103/104, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, OPC, and MQTT.
- Review system logic schemes (load shedding, load sharing, OLTC control, protection interlocks) and configuration details.
- Demonstrate familiarity with network architectur
