Job Purpose

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels. The role involves engaging with existing customers, understanding their financial needs, cross-selling banking products, providing exceptional service, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with the bank's existing customer base through outbound and inbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
- Cross-sell products such as:
- Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Credit Cards
- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Digital Banking Services
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Follow RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal compliance processes.
- Coordinate with branch and product teams for customer fulfilment.
- Build long-term customer relationships and improve portfolio value.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Phone Banking, Virtual Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Banking Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also be considered (subject to business requirements).
